Move In the Right Direction
National Conferences
Vendor Alliance
The Early Mobility Collaborative Technology Showcase is a strategic initiative designed to unite medical device companies under one cohesive exhibit experience at national influential conferences in 2025. By sharing booth space and leads, our goal is to maximize visibility and engagement, demonstrating how innovative solutions can seamlessly integrate to provide optimal patient care. Key Objectives •Integrated Solutions Demonstration: Highlight how each partner’s product contributes to a comprehensive care solution, emphasizing interoperability and collaborative outcomes. •Cost-Effective Exposure: Reduce individual expenses for booth space, logistics, and staffing by sharing resources across a streamlined, single exhibit experience. •Unified Lead Generation: Collect and distribute leads among all participating companies, allowing each partner to benefit from shared audience engagement. How It Works Our company will manage the exhibit, staffing the booth with knowledgeable interdisciplinary representatives who can showcase the benefits of all products and answer questions about how these devices work together to solve clinical challenges. The care setting and focus will be specific to the conference audience. 1.Event Participation: We will attend a series of targeted conferences in key markets, reserving premium booth spaces to optimize visibility and traffic. 2.Collaborative Product Demonstrations: Each participating company’s product will be displayed and demonstrated in a collaborative setup. We’ll offer guided demonstrations that show how these products, when used together, enhance patient mobility, safety, and recovery. 3.Lead Sharing: Leads generated from each event will be shared with all participating vendors. 4.Follow-Up Strategy: Our company will lead post-event follow-ups, nurturing leads on behalf of all partners and setting up direct meetings or demos as requested. 5.You participation: We will divide up exhibit times amongst your staff if they wish to participate in person and contribute to the exhibit. WE encourage all vendors to provide literature to hand out to attendees. Audience Profile Our target audience may include: •ICU and critical care directors •Physical Therapist •Nursing leaders •Hospital administrators •Clinical and ICU equipment procurement teams •Early Mobility Coordinators •Safe Patient Handling Champions Partner Benefits 1.Enhanced Visibility Gain exposure at key ICU and acute care conferences without the overhead of a solo exhibit.
